Applicable Law and Remedies

If you are a business, all claims against us must be brought before a court in France.

If such attempts fail, any disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, and/or enforcement of these Terms of Use shall be brought before the French courts, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
