From 2 to 12 people per boat. The ideal choice for a regatta: each team steers, trims the sails and experiences the race from the inside, with a professional skipper on board.
From 2 to 16 people, with the IA Orana catamaran. Large spaces, stability and a big cockpit table: perfect for a seminar on board or lunch at anchor.
From 10 to 30 people on Andale, Hygie or Belle Aventure, exceptional sailboats from 1929 to 1964. To impress your guests and offer an extraordinary outing.
From 2 to 10 people. Fast and manoeuvrable, they serve as a support boat, a shuttle between boats or for the towed ring and short trips.
Above 16 people, several boats set off as a flotilla and meet up at anchor. That is what makes regattas and rallies possible for up to 100 participants.

Many agencies offer team building in Marseille at sea by hiring other people’s boats. At LOCVOILIER, the boats and the skippers are our own. We know every cove, every shelter when the mistral blows, and we adapt the programme on the day if the weather requires it.
Our home port, Port Corbières, is a private port north of Marseille: parking for cars and coaches, easy access from the motorway and Saint-Charles station, and no crowds on the quays. The whole fleet is tracked in real time and our skippers follow a strict safety protocol.
For trips in the calanques, we follow the rules of the Calanques National Park: anchoring away from posidonia seagrass, no rubbish, no feeding the fish. Responsible team building that your teams can be proud of.

From 8 to 100 people. For a large group, several boats from our fleet set off together, each with its own skipper, and meet up at anchor for the challenges and lunch.
No. Professional skippers sail the boats and show the manoeuvres to those who want to take part. Water activities are always optional, with life jackets and equipment provided.
From Port Corbières, in L’Estaque, north of Marseille: a private port with parking, easy to reach by car or coach. A departure from Cassis or La Ciotat is possible with a supplement.
The skipper checks the marine weather the day before and in the morning. In strong wind, we choose sheltered waters or adapt the programme. If the sea is dangerous, the trip is postponed to another date.
Yes. The meeting can be held on board the catamaran or in a partner venue, with the sea in the afternoon. We also arrange accommodation, meals and transfers for a seminar of 1 to 3 days.
Yes, with our partners: hiking along the customs officers’ path on the Côte Bleue, cycle rides, a stopover at the Frioul port or at Île Verte. We combine land and sea as you wish.
It is optional. Our partner caterer offers menus from €35 to €75 per person, drinks included, served on board or on a beach. You can also bring your own meal.
For a group of more than 30 people, or in June and September, book at least a month ahead. For small groups, a few days are often enough off season.
Activities at sea are the most popular: a regatta between sailboats, a sea rally at the Frioul, paddleboard and kayak challenges, or simply a day of sailing with swimming and lunch at anchor. They can be combined with activities on land such as hiking on the Côte Bleue.
From May to October for swimming and water activities. In spring and autumn, the sea is calmer, prices are lower and the calanques are quieter. In winter, a regatta or a sunset trip is still possible.
Yes. Our skippers and organisers regularly welcome international teams: briefings, games and safety instructions can be given in English.
For 50 people, allow four to five boats in a flotilla. A team bonding day then costs from €95 per person, excluding lunch, and the sea rally at the Frioul from €79 per person. The quote specifies the number of boats, the activities and the extras chosen.
Yes. You receive a quote, then an invoice in your company’s name, with a single point of contact for the whole programme: boats, activities, catering and partners.
